Abakoresha bo mu Ntara y'I Burasirazuba bafashe ingamba zo kubahiriza Itegeko ry’Umurimo

Kuri uyu wa 26 Mata 2018, u Rwanda rwizihije Umunsi Mpuzamahanga w’Ubuzima n’Umutekano ku kazi, umunsi wizihijwe Minisitiri w’Abakozi ba Leta n’Umurimo; Rwanyindo Kayirangwa Fanfan, ahura n’Abakoresha bo Nzego z’Abikorera bo Ntara y’i Burasirazuba, mu nama nyunguranabitekerezo ku iyubahirizwa ry’Itegeko rigenga umurimo mu Rwanda; umuhango wabereye mu Karere ka Nyagatare kuri City Blue Epic Hotel  and Suites , witabirwa n’abakoresha, ubuyobozi bw’Intara y’i Burasirazuba ndetse n’Abayobozi b’Uturere tugize iyo Ntara, Abayobozi b’Urugaga rw’Abikorera muri iyo Ntara n’ Abahagarariye Sendika mu Rwanda.
Muri uwo muhango abakoresha bari bitabiriye ibyo baganiro bibanze cyane ku bijyanye no kugenera abakozi babo ibyangombwa byose bikenewe bibafasha gukora umurimo unoze, cyane cyane hubahirizwa amahame y’ubuzima n’umutekano ku kazi.
Icyo gikorwa cyabanjirijwe no kugeza ku bitabiriye uwo muhango uko iyubahirizwa ry’Itegeko rigenga Umurimo mu Rwanda rihagaze mu Ntara y’i Burasirazuba, aho mu biganiro byatanzwe na MIFOTRA, PSF na CESTRAR abakoresha batubahiriza ibikubiye muri iryo tegeko  basabwe kwisubiraho.
Muri uwo muhango kandi hamuritswe ingamba z’imyaka itanu   zizibandwaho mu guteza imbere  ubuzima n’umutekano mu kazi (Occupational Safety and Health Strategy).
Abafashe ijambo bose mu bitabiriye icyo gikorwa, bavuze ko bidakwiye ko abakoresha badaha abakozi amasezerano y’akazi nk’uko byagaragaye cyane muri bimwe mu bigo by’abikorera muri iyo Ntara, ndetse ko hagomba kugira igihinduka.
Mufulukye Fred; Guverineri w’Intara y’I Burasirazuba, yanenze cyane bamwe mu bakoresha bagikoresha abana cyangwa badaha amasezerano abakozi babo, avuga ko bagiye gushyira ingufu mu guca burundu imirimo mibi ikoreshwa abana ndetse abazatwa bakoresha abana bakazahanwa cyane.
Minisitiri Rwanyindo yavuze ko kutubahiriza Itegeko rigenga Umurimo bihanwa n’amategeko, ariko asaba abakoresha muri iyo ntara kwirinda ibyo bihano.
Yagize ati “Harimo bamwe mugikoresha abana mu mirimo mibi mu nyungu zanyu, harimo abandi batishyura ubwisungane mu kwivuza n’ibindi byose biteganywa na RSSB, harimo n’abadaha amasezerano yanditse abakozi babo kandi bamaze igihe kirenga amezi atandatu babakorera, ndabamenyesha ko ibi bidakwiye kandi bikwiriye guhinduka, utazabyubahiriza ariko hari ibihano bimuteganyirijwe, niyo mpamvu mbashishikarije kubahirizaamategeko agenga umurimo , kuko bizongera umusaruro mu bikorwa byanyu.”
Minisitiri w’abakozi ba Leta n’Umurimo yabwiye abakoresha mu Ntara y’amajyepfo ku nyuma y’ubukangurambaga bumaze iminsi bukorwa ku Itegeko rigenga Umurimo, hari ibiri guhinduka ndetse ashimira abakoresha bahinduye imyumvire bakubahiriza Itegeko ry’Umurimo, asaba n’abandi gukurikiza urwo rugero rwiza.
Mu myanzuro abakoresha bitabiriye iyo nama bafashe, biyemeje gukurikiza ibikubiye byose mu Itegeko rigenga Umurimo, kuko biteza imbere umukozi n’umukoresha icyarimwe ndetse bigatuma n’umusaruro w’Ikigo wiyongera bityo n’ubukungu bw’Igihugu bukazamuka.
Abafashe ijambo bose muri iyo nama, bashimye ibitekerezo n’imyanzuro yafashwe, biyemeza kuzabishyira mu bikorwa.
