Abakozi ba Leta mu Rwanda hose bagiye gupimwa indwara zitandura

Kuri uyu wa Gatatu tariki 27 kugera kuwa Gatanu tariki 29 Nzeli, 2017, hatangijwe igikorwa cyo gupima indwara zitandura (Non-Communicable Diseases) mu bakozi ba Leta, aho icyo gikorwa cyatangiriye ku cyicaro cya Minisiteri y’Abakozi n’Umurimo, abakozi bakorera mu nyubako aho iyi Minisiteri ikorera ndetse n’abandi bakorera hafi aho ku Kacyiru bakaba bapimwe, abo basanze barwaye bagirwa inama, bazanafashwa kubona imiti.
Uyu muhango wari uyobowe na Minisitiri w’Abakozi ba Leta n’Umurimo Rwanyindo Kayirangwa Fanfan ndetse n’Umunyamabanga wa Leta muri Minisiteri y’Ubuzima ushinzwe ubuzima rusange n’ubuvuzi bw’ibanze; Dr. Patrick Ndimubanzi.
Ndimubanzi yavuze ko iki gikorwa cyatekerejweho nyuma y’aho basanze abakozi benshi bamara umwanya bicaye, bityo ku badakora siporo ngo birinde bishobora kubavirimo guhura n’ibibazo byo kurwara indwara zitandura (Non-Communicable Diseases).
Ndimubanzi yavuze ko indwara bari gupima ari Umutima, Igisukari (Diabete), amaso, amenyo ndetse n’Umubyibuho ukabije, ariko hazagenda hongerwamo no gupima izindi ndwara zitandura.
Minisitiri Rwanyindo nawe yashimye iki gikorwa gihuriweho na Minisiteri y’Ubuzima ndetse na Minisiteri y’Abakozi ba Leta n’Umurimo kandi avuga ko kizagera mu Rwanda hose.
Yagize ati “Igikorwa cyatangiriye hano ku Kacyiru ariko twumvikanye na Minisiteri y’Ubuzima ko kizagera mu Rwanda hose, si ugupima abakozi ba Leta gusa kuko n’abandi bakozi bari aho hafi igikorwa cyabereye ndetse n’abaturage baba baje kuhashaka serivisi bemerewe gupimwa ku buntu, ibi bizafasha abakozi ba Leta kumenya uko bahagaze, abarwaye bagafashwa gushakirwa imiti.”
Nyuma yo gutangirira ku Kacyiru hapimwa abakozi ba Leta bahakorera nabandi batuye hafi aho, hazakurikizaho gupima abagize Inteko ishinga amategeko n’abandi bakozi ba Leta bakorera hafi aho.
Iki gikorwa cyo gupima cyabanjirije kwizihiza umunsi mpuzamahanga wahariwe kurwanya indwara zibasira umutima, uteganyijwe kwizihizwa ku wa Gatanu, tariki ya 29 Nzeri 2017.
