The Government of Rwanda, through the Ministry of Public Service and Labour (MIFOTRA) is delighted to announce that it will host the 19th ILO Regional Seminar for Labour-based Practitioners in Kigali, from 15th to 19th May 2023 under the theme: “Promoting skills and productive (decent) jobs for our common better future”.
