HANDOVER CEREMONY OF NEW MINISTER OF MIFOTRA HON. DR JEANNE D’ARC MUJAWAMARIYA

On Friday, 14 June 2024, at the Ministry of Public Service and Labour Headquarters, a handover ceremony took place between the outgoing Minister, Assoc. Prof. Bayisenge Jeannette, and the incoming Minister, Dr. Jeanne d’Arc Mujawamariya.

In her remarks, the outgoing Minister, Hon. Assoc. Prof. Bayisenge Jeannette, expressed her heartfelt gratitude for the opportunity provided by H.E. Paul Kagame, the President of the Republic of Rwanda, to serve as Minister of MIFOTRA. She extended her thanks to the dedicated staff and stakeholders who collaborated tirelessly to achieve significant results during her tenure. "I will always treasure the exceptional professionalism, flexibility, collaboration, and hard work exhibited by the members of MIFOTRA and our valued partner institutions," she said.

The incoming Minister, Dr. Jeanne d’Arc Mujawamariya, conveyed her profound gratitude for the trust placed in her by H.E. Paul Kagame, the President of Rwanda. Dr. Mujawamariya's remarks highlighted her commitment to fostering professionalism, achieving outstanding performance, enhancing service delivery across public institutions and employment promotion.

Honorable Dr. Jeanne d’Arc Mujawamariya was appointed Minister of Public Service and Labour on 12 June 2024.
