Hon. Uwizeye hands over the office to Hon. Rwanyindo Kayirangwa

Today  04th September, 2017, at the Ministry of Public Service and Labour (MIFOTRA), Hon. Judith Uwizeye; the outgoing Minister of Public Service and Labour  and currently Minister in the Office of the President handed over the office to Hon.  Rwanyindo Kayirangwa Fanfan, recently appointed Minister of Public Service and Labour.  The handover ceremony was witnessed, among other officials,  by Director Generals  of MIFOTRA affiliated Institutions (Rwanda Management Institute –RMI and  Capacity Development and Employment Services Board –CESB ) and the Public Service Commission (PSC) Commissioners and Executive Secretary.  .
During the  ceremony, Hon. Uwizeye thanked MIFOTRA staff for their team work spirit while she was still in MIFOTRA , requested the staff to remain consistent and promised her support. 
Hon. Uwizeye went on by thanking H.E. The President of the Republic Paul Kagame for appointing her as Minister in the Office of The President   and assured to work hard to deliver her new responsibilities.
In her remarks, Hon.  Rwanyindo Kayirangwa also thanked H.E. The President of the Republic Paul Kagame for appointing her Minister of Public Service and Labour and promised to spare no efforts in the joint efforts aimed at enhancing  MIFOTRA Performance and service delivery, working tirelessly for Rwandans, in close collaboration with all stakeholders.
 Before her appointment, Hon.  Rwanyindo Kayirangwa was serving in the Rwandan Judiciary since 2004 and prior to joining the Judiciary she was then working in the banking sector.  
Hon. Judith Uwizeye was the Minister of of Public Service and Labour since July 2014. 
The Ministry of Public Service and Labour is dedicated to coordinate initiatives that aim at enabling increased levels of decent and economically productive employment and strengthening Public Sector Management to provide effective and efficient delivery of services.
