Minisitiri w’abakozi ba Leta n’Umurimo, yababwiye ko ibikwiye kuranga imikorere inoze ari: Kugaragaza ubushobozi mu byo umukozi akora (Professionalism), Imikorere myiza itanga icyizere, Imikoranire myiza n'abandi mu guhanahana amakuru (team work & communication), Kubazwa no Kugaragaza ibyakozwe neza (accountability), Guhanga udushya (Innovation), Kudakoresha umwanya w'akazi mu nyungu zawe, Gukora umurimo unoze, Guharanira kugera ku ntego, Kureba kure no Guharanira gutanga ibisubizo ku bibazo by'abaturage.
Minisitiri Uwizeye yibukije abakozi ba MINALOC n’Ibigo biyishamikiyeho, ko ntawukwiye gukorera ku ijisho, kuko ibyo bakora baba bikorera kandi biyubakira Igihugu cyabo.
