Kuwa 28 Nzeli Minisitiri Rwanyindo yasuye Ikigo gishinzwe Iterambere ry’Ubushobozi n’Umurimo (CESB) akorana inama n’abayobozi b’iki Kigo ku bijyanye no kwihutisha Serivisi ndetse no kuyinoza.
Abayobozi ba CESB bavuze ko imbogamizi bahura y’amikoro adashobora gutuma hahangwa imirimo yose yifuzwa, mbabwira ko nzakomeza kuganira n’izindi Nzego ngo iyi mbogamizi ikemurwe.
Minisitiri w’Abakozi ba Leta yabasabye ko bagerageza kunoza uburyo bwo gutanga internships cyane cyane hakibandwa ku barangije amasomo yifuzwa ku isoko ry’umurimo, ndetse no gufasha urubyiruko kwimenyereza imirimo binyuze mu bumenyingiro n’imyuga (TVET).
Nyuma yo gusura iki kigo cya CESB, kuwa 29 Nzeli Minisitiri yasuye Ikigo gishinzwe Amahugurwa n’Imicungire y’Abantu n’Ibintu (RMI ashimishwa n’uko ubona iki kigo kimaze gukataza mu gukoresha ikoranabuhanga mu buryo bwo gutanga amasomo (E-Learning) ndetse atangarizwa ko bafite Centres z’amahugurwa mu bice bitandukanye by’Igihugu birimo iya Muhanga, Muhima, Kayonza, Karongi na Musanze kandi bateganya ko izo Centres z’amahugurwa zizagezwa mu Rwanda hose mu rwego rwo korohereza Abanyarwanda kwihugura.
Umuyobozi wa RMI yavuze ko bafite ubushobozi bwa kwakira abakozi benshi baza kwihugura, ariko atariko bigenda kuko Inzego za Leta zohereza bake.
Minisitiri Rwanyindo yijeje ubuyobozi bwa RMI ko agiye gufatanya nabo kugira ngo iki kibazo gikemuke, abakozi ba Leta bajye boherezwe kwihugura nk’uko biteganywa n’Iteka rya Minisitiri w’Intebe N°151/03 ryo ku wa 10/06/2016 rigena uburyo amahugurwa y’abakozi ba Leta akorwa.
Minisitiri Rwanyindo yijeje RMI na CESB kuzakorana nabo mu gukemura imbogamizi bahura nazo kugira ngo hatangwe serivisi nziza no kwesa Imihigo.
