Minisitiri Rwanyindo yifatanyije n’abaturage b’Akarere ka Nyarugenge mu Muganda wa Gicurasi 2018

Kuwa gatandatu tariki 26 Gicurasi, Minisitiri w’Abakozi ba Leta n’Umurimo, Rwanyindo Kayirangwa Fanfan, yifatanyije n’abaturage bo mu karere ka Nyarugenge mu gikorwa cy’umuganda ngarukakwezi w’ukwezi kwa Gicurasi 2018, umuganda wabereye mu Kagali ka Nzove, Umurenge wa Kanyinya, Akarere ka Nyarugenge, wibanda mu bikorwa byo gusana umuhanda ujya ku ruganda rwa SKOL mu Nzove.
Uyu muganda wa Gicurasi 2018, wari witabiriye ahanini n’abatuye mu Murenge wa Kanyinya ndetse n’abakozi b’uruganda rwa SKOL, witabirwa n’abaturage basaga ibihumbi bitanu.
Abaturage bakoze ibikorwa byo gusibura imiferege muri uyu muhanda wo mu Nzove ugana ku ruganda rwa SKOL, ndetse batema ibihuru biri mu nkengero zawo, mu gihe imodoka z’amakamyo zo zamenaga itaka zinasiza ahari harangiritse muri uwo muhanda.
Nyuma y’umuganda; Umuyobozi w’Akarere ka Nyarugenge; Madamu Kayisime Nzaramba, yashimiye abitabiriye umuganda bose cyane cyane ko bari bawitabiriye ari benshi, avuga ko usibye imirimo y’amaboko yakozwe uwo munsi, bari bafite inkunga ingana na miliyoni cumi n’umunani z’amafranga y’u Rwanda (18,000,000 Rwf), ayo mafranga akaba ariyo yari yakodesheje amakamyo amena itaka mu muhanga ndetse n’andi asiza, anashimira ababateye inkunga barimo SKOL.
Umuyobozi w’Akarere ka Nyarugenge kandi yashimiye cyane Minisitiri w’Abakozi ba Leta n’Umurimo kuba yaje kwifatanya nabo mu muganda nk’imboni y’Akarere ka Nyarugenge, avuga ko ashima uruhare agira mu gutuma Akarere kesa imihigo.
Mu ijambo rye, Minisitiri w’Abakozi ba Leta n’Umurimo nawe yashimiye abitabiriye umuganda uwo munsi.
Minisitiri Rwanyindo yabasabye kubahiriza gahunda za Leta, abashishikariza kwishyura ubwisungane mu kwivuza hifashishijwe ikoranabuhanga,  cyane cyane ko igihe cyo kwishyura umwaka w’ingengo y’imali wa 2018/2019 kigeze.
Minisitiri Rwanyindo yagize ati “murabizi neza ko kwishyura mituweli bisigaye bikorwa hifashishijwe ikoranabuhanga, nanjye ndabasaba kwishyura mituweli kuko byarorohejwe, n’udafite telefoni yegera Akagali kamwegereye cyangwa akifashisha abakoresha serivisi y’Irembo bakamufasha, ntihazagire ucikanwa n’iyi gahunda.”
Abayobozi batandukanye bose bafashe ijambo nyuma y’umuganda, bashimye ko witabiriwe n’abaturage benshi ndetse babasaba kuzakomeza uwo murava.
Urubyiruko rwari aho kandi rwongeye gushishikarizwa kurwanya ibiyobyabwenge ndetse no gukora cyane rukiteza imbere.
