Minisitiri w’Abakozi ba Leta n’Umurimo yasabye abakozi bose bitabiriye icyo kiganiro kivuga ku mateka y’Intwari z’u Rwanda, kwibaza icyo bagomba guhindura mu mikorere yabo mu rwego rwo gukomeza guharanira inyungu rusange. 
Minisitiri Rwanyindo Kayirangwa Fanfan yabwiye abitabiriye ikiganiro ko yizeye ko basobanukiwe byinshi nyuma yo gusura Ingoro y'Umurage y'Amateka y'Urugamba rwo Guhagarika Jenoside nyuma yo guhabwa ibisobanuro birambuye, ndetse aboneraho kubasaba kurushaho gukora cyane bibanda ku nyungu rusange.
Yagize ati: “Hari ibisobanuro twahawe ariko hari byinshi twiboneye, twabonye uruhare rwa RPF n’uruhare rw’abaturage mu kurokora abahigwaga no kubohora u Rwanda; bagize uruhare rukomeye ndetse baritanga, ntabwo bakunze ubuzima bwabo ahubwo barebye inyungu rusange n’icyateza imbere abanyarwanda, nibyo tubasaba namwe nk’abakozi ba Leta, murebe inyungu rusange ndetse gutanga serivisi nziza mubigire ihame.”
Rwaka Nicolas, Umuyobozi Ushinzwe Ubushakashatsi mu Rwego rushinzwe Intwari z’Igihugu, Imidari n’Impeta by’Ishimwe yasobanuriye abitabiriye ibiganiro ko ubutwari buharanirwa kandi ko buri wese ubishaka yabigeraho.
Yashishikarije abitabiriye ibiganiro guharanira kuba intwari bakora ibyo bashinzwe neza.  
Icyumweru cy’ubutwari cyatangiye tariki 24 kugeza 31 Mutarama 2018. Umunsi Mukuru w’Intwari z’Igihugu uzizihizwa ku nshuro ya 24 tariki ya 01 Gashyantare 2018 ku Nsanganyamatsiko igira iti: “Dukomeze ubutwari, twubake u Rwanda twifuza.”
