Minisitiri w’Abakozi ba Leta n’umurimo yitabiriye umuhango wo gutanga impamyabushobozi ku Bubatsi

Kuwa gatanu tariki 10 Gashyantare 2017, Minisitiri w’Abakozi ba Leta n’Umurimo Judith Uwizeye, yitabiriye umuhango wo gutanga impamyabushobozi (Certificates) ku bubatsi bo mu mujyi wa Kigali 5,260 basoje amahugurwa y’ubwubatsi, umuhango wabereye kuri stade ya Kigali I Nyamirambo.
Habyalimana Evariste; Umunyamabanga Mukuru wa sendika y’abubatsi, ababaji n’abanyabugeni yitwa  STECOMA ari nayo aba bubatsi basoje amahugurwa babarizwamo, yashimiye Minisiteri y’abakozi ba Leta n’Umurimo kuba ibahora hafi ndetse ikabagira inama ku cyabateza imbere, anashima Ikigo cy’igihugu cy’imyuga n’ubumenyingiro WDA kuba cyarateye inkunga aya mahugurwa, yizeza ko abasore n’inkumi bayasoje azabagirira akamaro ndetse n’imiryango yabo ikabyungukiramo.
Nyakubahwa Minisitiri w’Abakozi ba Leta n’Umurimo; Judith Uwizeye, mu ijambo rye asoza uwo muhango wo gutanga impamyabushobozi ku bubatsi barangije amahugurwa, yashimiye abubatsi uruhare bagize mu gukoresha ingufu n’ubushake kugira ngo bamare igihe cy’umwaka bari bamaze bakora ayo mahugurwa, abasaba ko impamyabushobozi bahawe zazabagirira akamaro.
Minisitiri w’Abakozi ba Leta n’Umurimo yashimiye abo bubatsi kuba barahisemo gukurikirana ubumenyingiro, abibutsa ko ari gahunda Leta yashyizemo ingufu ndetse izanafasha u Rwanda mu guhanga imirimo 200,000 buri mwaka.
Minisitiri Uwizeye kandi yasabye abubatsi gukomeza gukora cyane no kunoza umurimo mu byo bakora, kugira uruhare mu guhindura  imyumvire bashishikariza urubyiruko kwitabira gahunda zinyuranye z’amahugurwa n’amasomo bifasha ubihawe kugira ubumenyingiro bukenewe ku isoko ry’umurimo, gukora mu buryo bunoze bwa kinyamwuga, bakubaka ibikorwa bizarama, no kwishyira hamwe bagahuza ingufu n’ubumenyi bafite bityo bakigeza no ku bindi bikorwa byinshi by’indashyikirwa bizabafasha n’imiryango yabo kwiteza imbere.
STECOMA isanzwe ifite abanyamuryango 48,000, muri bo abasaga 15,000 bakoze amahugurwa y’ubwubatsi mu gihugu hose, mu mujyi wa Kigali abari bayasoje bakaba bari 5,260 ari nabo bahawe impamyabushobozi kuri uwo munsi.
