Nyakubahwa Minisitiri w’Intebe Anastase Murekezi wari umushyitsi mukuru muri uyu muhango, nawe yashimangiye ko iby’u Rwanda rugezeho rubikesha imiyoborere myiza. Minisitiri w’Intebe yongeye gusaba abakozi kunoza serivisi no gutanga serivisi nziza mu byo bakora byose kuko bizatuma bagera ku musaruro mwiza kandi urambye.
