PS Mulindwa hands over to PS Musonera

This Wednesday 08th February, 2017, at Ministry of Public Service and Labour (MIFOTRA) premises, Samuel Mulindwa outgoing Permanent Secretary of MIFOTRA who was appointed as PS MINEDUC handed over the permanent secretary office to Gasprd Musonera; incoming PS of MIFOTRA, in a ceremony which was witnessed by the Minister of Public Service and Labour Hon. Judith Uwizeye, DG RMI Wellars Gasamagera, Delegates from Public Service Commission (PSC) and Capacity Development and Employment Services Board (CESB).
In this ceremony, Mulindwa thanked MIFOTRA Team for helping him to deliver, and promised his support whenever his service is wanted.
Mulindwa reiterated the achievements of MIFOTRA during his term in office inter alia initiating Rwanda results Based Management (RBM), harmonizing index value within Public Service, implementation of IPPIS and so on.
Gaspard Musonera who starts new duties, thanked the Government of Rwanda for being appointed, and ensured MIFOTRA Management and affiliated Institutions that he will give his best to ensure that MIFOTRA deliver to its mandate.
Hon. Uwizeye congratulated both Musonera and Mulindwa for being appointed, and promised them her support to make sure MIFOTRA achievements are outstanding.
Samuel Mulindwa was the Permanent Secretary of MIFOTRA since 2009 up to February 2017, while Musonera who replaces him was working with MIFOTRA as Coordinator of SPIU before being appointed by the Cabinet.
