Abakoresha barasabwa gukomeza kwita ku buzima n’umutekano ku kazi bubahiriza amategeko n’amabwiriza agenga umurimo mu Rwanda.

Ibi ni bimwe mu byagarutsweho na Madamu RWANYINDO KAYIRANGWA Fanfan, Minisitiri w’Abakozi ba Leta n’Umurimo ubwo yatangizaga Inama Nyunguranabitekerezo ku kunoza  Umurimo  mu Rwanda ku rwego rw’ Umujyi wa Kigali. Ni inama yabaye kuri uyu wa mbere tariki ya 14 Ukuboza 2020 hifashishijwe ikoranabuhanga (Virtual Meeting) mu rwego rwo  gukomeza kubahiriza ingamba zo kwirinda icyorezo cya Covid-19.

Ni inama yitabiriwe kandi na Bwana Rubingisa Pudence, Umuyobozi w’Umujyi wa Kigali; Uhagarariye Urugaga rw’Abikorera mu Rwanda (PSF), Bwana BIRABONEYE Africain, Umunyamabanga Mukuru w’Urugaga rw’Amasendika y’Abakozi mu Rwanda (CESTRAR), Uhagarariye Ikigo cy’Ubwiteganyirize mu Rwanda (RSSB), Abayobozi b’inzego zitandukanye, ndetse n’Abakoresha batandukanye bakorera mu Mujyi wa Kigali.

Atangiza iyi nama ku mugaragaro, Madamu Rwanyindo yasabye abakoresha gukomeza kwita ku buzima n’umutekano ku kazi mu rwego rwo gukomeza guteza imbere umurimo unoze (Decent Work). Yagize ati: “Covid-19 yagize ingaruka ku murimo, dufite icyizere ko ubukungu buzazahuka, imirimo ikiyongera. Turasaba abakoresha gukomeza kubahiriza amategeko n’amabwiriza agenga umurimo; gukomeza kwita ku buzima n’umutekano ku kazi, gukomeza gufasha abakozi kwirinda Covid-19  kuko abakozi bafite ubuzima bwiza nibo badufasha kugera ku ntego twifuza”.

Mu byaganiriweho muri iyi nama, harimo ingingo zinyuranye z’Itegeko N0 66/2018 ryo ku wa 30/08/2018 rigenga  Umurimo mu Rwanda ndetse n’Amateka arishyira mu bikorwa, mu rwego rwo kurushaho kuzumvikanisha. Haganiwe kandi ku bijyanye no gukomeza gushyira imbaraga ku bijyanye n’ubuzima n’umutekano ku kazi, guteza imbere umurimo unoze, gutanga amasezerano y’akazi, gukemura impaka binyuze mu buryo bw’ibiganiro (social dialogue) hagati y’umukozi n’umukoresha, kwishyura imisanzu y’bwiteganyirize bw’abakozi, guhembera abakozi kuri banki, kwandikisha imirimo bakora n’ibindi.

Asoza inama, Bwana Rubingisa yashimiye abitabiriye inama, abashimira ibitekerezo batanze anizeza ubufatanye bw’Umujyi wa Kigali n’abikorera mu kurushaho guteza imbere umurimo no kuwunoza.
