Minisitiri Rwanyindo yasabye abitabiriye Job Net kubyaza umusaruro gahunda zose zigamije ihangwa ry’imirimo

Kuri uyu wa Kane tariki 06 Ukuboza 2018 habaye Ihuriro ry’abashaka akazi n’abagatanga (Job Net) ku nshuro ya gatandatu (6) ryabereye muri Kigali Cultural and Exhibition Village (ahahoze Camp Kigali) .

Iri huriro ryitabiriwe n’urubyiruko rusaga 1,500, rwose rwari rushishikajwe no guhabwa inyigisho n’ubumenyi ku mahirwe aboneka ku isoko ry’umurimo.

Minisitiri w’abakozi ba Leta n’Umurimo, Rwanyindo Kayirangwa Fanfan, mu ijambo rye yavuze ko iri huriro ari umwanya mwiza w’abashaka akazi ngo bamenye amakuru ajyanye n’isoko ry’umurimo, ndetse babashe no kugira ubumenyi ku bisabwa ku isoko ry’umurimo.

Minisitiri w’Abakozi ba Leta n’Umurimo  yagize ati “Kuva iki gikorwa cyatangira, kigenda kirushaho gutanga umusaruro mu guhuza abakoresha bakeneye abakozi  n’abakeneye akazi. Abakoresha bibafasha kudatakaza igihe kinini mu gushaha abakozi. Imibare y’abamaze kubona akazi binyuze mu kwitabira iki gikorwa irashimishije kandi igenda yiyongera. Inyungu ziva muri iki gikorwa ni nyinshi ari ku bakoresha ari no ku bashaka akazi.”

 

Muri iri huriro haganiwe ku ngingo zinyuranye harmo n’ibijyanye no kwihangira umurimo no guharanira kugira ubumenyingiro (TVET).

Minisitiri w’abakozi ba Leta n’Umurimo, Rwanyindo Kayirangwa Fanfan akaba yanongeye gushishikariza abitabiriye iri Huriro kubyaza umusaruro amahirwe Leta yashyizeho yo kwihangira imirimo,  binyuze muri Gahunda zinyuranye harimo n’iya NEP Kora Wigire, anabasaba gukomeza kugira uruhare muri Gahunda zose zigamije guteza imbere umurimo mu Rwanda by’umwihariko Abakoresha bakanarushaho kwakira ku bwinshi abakeneye kwimenyereza umurimo kuko babafasha mu bubikorwa byabo byo gutanga serivisi no kongera umusaruro kandi nabo bakabafasha kugira ubumenyi bukenewe ku murimo.

 

Kuva Ihuriro ry’abashaka akazi n’abagatanga (Job Net) ryatangira mu mwaka wa 2014 rimaze kuba inshuro 6. Uyu mwaka wa 2018 akaba aribwo mba mbere ryabaye kabiri mu mwaka. Kuva muri 2014, urubyiruko rusaga 2,000 rwabonye amahirwe yo kubona akazi rubikesha iri huriro.
