Minisitiri Rwanyindo yibukije ingamba zo kubungabunga ubuzima n’umutekano ku kazi

Nyakubahwa Rwanyindo Kayirangwa Fanfan, Minisitiri w’abakozi ba Leta n’Umurimo wari Umushyitsi Mukuru muri ibi birori, yagaragaje ko  ku byerekeye ibyago bikomoka ku kazi, icyegeranyo giheruka gukorwa kereye ishusho y’Igihugu ku buzima n’umutekano ku kazi (Occupational Safety and Health Country Profile) cyagaragaje ko imirimo y’ubucukuzi bw’amabuye y’agaciro na kariyeri iri ku isonga mu bijyanye n’ibyago bikomoka ku kazi.

 

Yagize ati: “Mu mwaka wa 2017/2018, abakozi bagera kuri 80 bahitanywe n’impanuka zikomoka ku kazi mu bucukuzi bw’amabuye y’agaciro. Ubuzima  buhatakarira ni imbaraga tuba tubuze. Imiryango itakaza abayo muri izo mpanuka isigarana ibibazo bikomeye byo kubura ababo bayifashaga mu kubaho. Niyo hatangwa indishyi, ntacyasimbura ubuzima buba bwatakaye”.

Mu mpamvu nyamukuru zitera izi mpanuka iza ku isonga ni ukugwirwa n’imisozi. Indi mpamvu itera impanuka mu bucukuzi bw’amabuye y’agaciro ni amazi y’umuvu cyangwa y’imvura ndetse n’ibikorwa by’ubucukuzi butemewe.

Minisitiri Rwanyindo yibukike  Abakoresha mu bucukuzi bw’amabuye y’agaciro na kariyeri ko kwirinda impanuka bishoboka abasaba gufata ingamba zikurikira: gukora isuzuma ryerekeye imiterere y’ubutaka kugira ngo hamenyekane uburyo bwo gucukura bugomba gukoreshwa ndetse n’uburyo bwo kwirinda; gukora buri munsi mbere yo gutangira akazi isuzuma ry’ibishobora gutera abakozi ibyago; gutunganya za mine ku buryo abakozi babona urumuri, umwuka n’uburyo bwabafasha gusohoka igihe habaye ibyago; gushyira urumuri muri za mine;  guhugura abakozi ku byerekeye uburyo bwo kwirinda impanuka n’indwara bikomoka ku kazi no  guteganyiriza abakozi ku byerekeye ibyago bikomoka ku kazi buri mukozi agateganyirizwa ku giti cye.

Minisitiri Rwanyindo yakanguriye kandi Abakozi n’Abakoresha kwitabira Gahunda zigamije kwisuzumisha indwara zinyuranye zirimo n’izitandura no kuzirikana akamaro ka siporo mu kazi kuko nayo ituma Abakozi bagira ubuzima bwiza.
