Mu rwego rwo gukomeza guhangana n’ingaruka za COVID-19, abakoresha n’abakozi barashishikarizwa gukora mu buryo budasanzwe

Ku wa Gatanu, tariki ya 26 Kamena 2020, Madamu RWANYINDO KAYIRANGWA Fanfan, Minisitiri w’Abakozi ba Leta n’Umurimo yayoboye Inama Nyunguranabitekerezo ku Iyubahirizwa ry’Amategeko Agenga Umurimo  mu Rwanda ku rwego rw’ Intara y’Amajyaruguru. Ni inama yabaye hifashishijwe ikoranabuhanga (Virtual Meeting).

Atangiza iyi nama ku mugaragaro, Madamu Rwanyindo yashimiye abakoresha bakoze uko bashoboye bagakomeza kubahiriza amasezerano bagiranye n’abakozi muri iki gihe cyo kurwanya ikwirakwira ry’icyorezo cya koronavirusi (COVID-19). Yashimiye kandi abakoresha bakomeje kugirana n’abakozi ibiganiro mu rwego rwo guteza imbere umurimo.

Mu byaganiriweho muri iyi nama, harimo ingingo zinyuranye z’ Itegeko N0 66/2018 ryo ku wa 30/08/2018 rigenga  Umurimo mu Rwanda mu rwego rwo kurushaho kuzumvikanisha, gushyira imbaraga ku bijyanye n’ubuzima n’umutekano ku kazi, hubahirizwa amabwiriza ya Leta ajyanye no kwirinda icyorezo cya koronavirusi (Covid-19), guhembera abakozi kuri banki, gutanga amasezerano y’akazi, gushyiraho amategeko ngengamikorere y’ikigo binyuze mu bwumvikane hagati y’umukozi n’umukoresha, gukemura impaka binyuze mu buryo bw’ibiganiro (social dialogue), gukumira imirimo mibi ikoreshwa abana, kwishyura imishahara y’abakozi kuri ba rwiyemezamirimo baba batsindiye amasoko, n’ibindi.

Asoza iyi nama, Minisitiri Rwanyindo yasabye abakoresha gukomeza guteza imbere umurimo mu Rwanda muri ibi bihe duhanganye n’icyorezo cya Covid-19 hubahirizwa itegeko ry’umurimo, hibandwa ku buzima n’umutekano mu kazi, ndetse hanakoreshwa uburyo bw’ibiganiro mu gukemura ibibazo byavuka mu rwego rw’umurimo hagati y’abakozi n’abakoresha.

Yagize ati: “Nk’uko turi mu bihe bidasanzwe, turashishikariza abakozi n’abakoresha gukora mu buryo budasanzwe mu rwego rwo guhangana n’ingaruka za Covid-19”.

Buri mwaka w’ingengo y’imari, Minisiteri y’Abakozi ba Leta n’Umurimo, ku bufatanye n’Abafatanyabikorwa batandukanye itegura inama nyunguranabitekerezo ku rwego rwa buri Ntara n’Umujyi wa Kigali, mu rwego rwo  kurushaho gufatira hamwe  ingamba zo kunoza umurimo.
